About Us
McClardy Aviation Strategies, LLC was founded on a simple yet powerful premise – to help our clients achieve results while building strategies that both define “the what” and support “the why.” We believe in embracing opportunities to foster stakeholder alliances necessary to fulfill mutual goals.
Our founder, Mark McClardy, brings over 34 years of extensive aviation experience to the table, including 22 years as the Director of the Airports Division for Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Western Pacific Region, where he was the senior level executive responsible for the approval of federal actions pertaining airport certification, airport funding, airport design, airport planning, airport environmental clearance, and federal grant assurance compliance.
Mark’s FAA portfolio included federal oversight over numerous complex, controversial, and time-sensitive projects started, or competed, at over 300 airports located across the states of Arizona, California, Hawaii, and Nevada, along with airports located in the U.S Territories, and Micronesia Nations, that support aviation throughout the Pacific Ocean.
